This is a program of global exchange and cooperation stimulated by developing, unleashing and utilizing the dormant capacities of all people worldwide. A responsible voluntary consumption model is preferred and should be a goal. If successful voluntary consumption is currently deemed infeasible, then the strategy would be to implement systems to ensure that each individual or entity can receive their equal share or value of goods and services upon request. Modern technology could be used to ensure this objective in a reliable and safe manner. If deemed necessary, biometric and biological implant combinations can provide unique security identification to national or global databases for updating individual credit balances. This capability implies that global travel needs can be managed without carrying money or forms of exchange.Citizenswithdependents can have their allotment increased to reflect their increased responsibilities. It is expected that many will not need all allotted quantities. Encouraging citizens to relinquish or otherwise donate their unused quantities will provide increased available quantities and security for others. This is how we successfully move towards voluntary consumption societies and encourage generous thinking, activities and values.
Although initially there will be some communities and nations that require a significant import of goods and services, they will soon become self-sufficient enough to become exporters with support from their inflow of basic needs and advancement from their educational and training opportunities and shared technologies at zero cost. With the sustained GETVP project, there will be an abundance of educated and highly skilled professionals to solve the world problems. With their basic needs, knowledge and skills provided and given the challenge, the people will provide the new methods and inventions to dramatically boost global crop yields and task efficiencies in multiple areas to meet global demands.
We should never underestimate the creativity of individuals to generate ideas to solve community and global problems. Countless individual ideas worldwide go unrealized everyday as fees and unknown factors regarding patent protection processes inhibit immediate consideration and development. Literally millions if not billions of creative eureka ideas per year remain stagnated or even forgotten due to vast pseudo-obstacles such as costs, legal, advertising and administrative overheads that limit and discourage fruition. Such cumulative losses represent unrecoverable potential advancements and independently justifies retiring every financial instrument worldwide tostudy and discuss from museums and databases as relics of our era and having only a historical purpose. When money and every other obstacle is removed from every individual concern worldwide, local and global collaborations will sprout to address every concern within every industry. Our time is now, as the lack of technology prevented sustainable global distribution, communication and management in the past. Even if the world coordinated a mammoth goal to feed all people of the earth today by donations of grains and non-perishable foods, it would be a gallant effort to assemble enough people to do the job. Although there are several organizations trained for this type of work, there would be insufficient personnel available. Perhaps if no one in the modern civilized world was required to work for basic necessities, then there would be more people with more time to volunteer for these worthy causes.
